Filtering of one drop down box onto another can also be configured.

In this case we have 2 projects PJ01 and PJ02

When we select PJ01 we only see the 'phases' for PJ01 in the next drop down box.

When we select PJ02 we only see the 'phases' for PJ02 in the next drop down box.
